About The Director

I am a registered Psychologist in Australia with extensive experience providing evidence-based psychological assessment, therapy, and positive behaviour support across clinical, forensic, and statutory settings. My work is grounded in ethical, person-centred care and a strong commitment to supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, with academic research examining decision-making across the lifespan. This work was recognised with the Elsie Harwood Award from the Australian Psychological Society’s Psychology and Ageing Interest Group. I was also inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society in recognition of academic achievement within the top 15% of my Honours cohort.

My practice integrates a range of evidence-based approaches, including Schema Therapy, Behavioural and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and skills-based interventions. I take a flexible, collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to individual needs while prioritising safety, trust, and understanding. I work with concerns such as anxiety (including health and death anxiety), depression, chronic pain, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, Intellectual Disability, and life transitions.

In addition to general psychological practice, I provide services within compensable and statutory frameworks, including Workers’ Compensation (SIRA-approved), the Work and Development Order (WDO) Scheme, and Section 14 matters under the Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020 (NSW).

I invite you to take the first step toward support in a respectful and supportive space, where care is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to you.
